Baba Neeb Karori Maharaj was very fond of Kirtan (devotional singing). He encouraged devotees to participate in kirtans. A kirtanbhawan (hall) was built in Samvat 2027 (1970) adjacent to the Hanuman Mandir.

In Samvat 2057 (1996) pranprathishtha of Shri Ram Darbar was carried out in the kirtanbhawan.
